Ropes - a type of twisted and braided products with a diameter of 6 - 112 mm with high breaking load, increased resistance to wear and environmental influences. They are designed for operation in extreme conditions and are available for multiple and long-term use in industry, construction and transport. NPP "TO-NAR" sells ropes in accordance with GOST, TO and TU, which provide safety for life and health. Ropes of both different groups and within groups are distinguished: by material - from natural, artificial, synthetic fibers and combined, consisting of two or more types of different materials. Natural fibers are found in nature in a form ready for processing. They, in turn, are divided into vegetable fibers (cotton, flax, hemp, jute, kenaf, rope, ramie, kendyr, manila, sisal, yucca, genek, dracena, coir and others), animal (wool and natural silk) and of mineral (asbestos) origin. Artificial are fibers obtained from natural macromolecular compounds (viscose, copper-ammonia, acetate, protein), and synthetic - fibers obtained by chemical macromolecular synthesis (polyamide, polyolefin, polyester); on a design - that is on quantity of constituent elements (threads, kabolok, braids), sequence and the direction of their twisting or weaving, features of their mutual spatial arrangement; on processing - polished, smoothed, impregnated counteracting putrefactive (canned) or other structures, heat-treated, painted, with a film covering and others.
