The sling for loading and unloading of cargoes in barrels is made of a segment of a vegetable cable and has three thimbles. Two of them are laid in the fire at the ends of the sling, and in the thimbles are pre-passed the ends of the cable, resulting in the formation of two loops. The third thimble is fixed by a monogram in the middle part of a sling and at use of a sling to be provided on a cargo hook.
